or by phone. Someone will contact you to let you know if your
project has been approved. Also, a project quote will be
given to you at this time.

Return Policy |

Johnnie’s Junk wants you to be completely satisfied with
your order. If an item does not meet your
expectation, it may be returned. Following these
guidelines: |

All
returns/exchanges have to be processed within 14 days. |
|
|
Special
orders will not be returned except if damaged.
|
|
|
All items
must be returned in a completely unaltered state, tags
attached and in original packaging. |

|
Full priced
items will be fully refunded. |

|
Sale price items will be exchanged only. |
|
|
Shipping
charges for all transactions will not be returned. |

|
All returns
must be accompanied with an original receipt. Exceptions may
be made for gift purchases but will be exchange only. |

Shipping Policies |

Most orders
will be shipped within 7-10 business days. If an item is
backordered you will be contacted via e-mail. |

Orders will
be shipped USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise stated. If
you need an order expressed, please contact customer service
via e-mail
or (727) 321-9931. The cost for rushed orders will be
determined at the time of arrangement depending on the
location, weight and method.

Large
furniture items currently will not be shipped. These
orders can be picked up by appointment only. |

|
Orders must
be cancelled within 24 hrs. |

|
Special
orders will not be cancelled. |
|
|
Consumers
will not be refunded for shipping. |

Once
returned goods are passed to shipping company, the buyer bears
all responsibility of cost, loss and damaged goods. |

The internet may depict
slight differences in the appearance of some materials. All
of our products are perfectly designed and hand crafted.
Some of our products are designed to have a vintage and worn
feel. Such designs should not be mistaken as a flaw in the
product. As always Johnnies Junk will make sure that all of
our products will exceed the customers expectations.
Since Johnnies Junk
participates in numerous art, craft and home shows
throughout the year we do not guarantee that all pricing
will be consistent with our internet showroom. There may be
slight differences due to promotions and meeting show
needs. As always please check out our sale page on the site
to stay updated on all of our great internet sale and
clearance items. Also, please remember that you can become
a Preferred Member. Members will be informed on upcoming
shows and additional promotions.
